Need an extra pair of hands the day of your event? We'll be there. Day-of coordination helps free the couples and family members from logistics.

We attend your vendor and venue meetings. Take the guess-work out of finding trusted, quality professionals.

New Officiant Bootcamp

Many couples choose a family or friend to officiate their wedding. We guide your officiant through the how-to's of legality and speaking to groups.

2. Planning

Onto the timeline! We’ll meet and set milestones for planning. After this meeting, you’ll have next-steps and the planning begins! Your package may include –

  • Guest management (RSVPs, stationary package, and logistics)
  • Vendor and officiant coordination
  • Communication with the bridal party

3. Rehearsal

Double-check and make it right! Depending on your package, we’ll attend rehearsal and make last-minute adjustments.  If we’re doing your sound, we’ll use this time to plan sound equipment.

4. The Big Day!

It’s your day! If we’re at your event, we make sure –

  1. It’s on time
  2. It honors your wishes
  3. All bull**** is handled
